All our engineers are sensitive to the requirements of your care home and only ever visit you by prior arrangement. They’re all DBS checked and uniformed. They’ll act professionally and with care and attention to detail, and work hard to minimise disruption. If required, we can send two engineers to an appointment.
A fast response when you need it
We understand the implications if you’re without hot water, heating, lighting or maybe even air conditioning. We pride ourselves on our speed of reaction, 24/7. We’ll get qualified engineers to your care home as soon as possible, if required. Depending on the responsiveness you need, we have different service levels. We guarantee a 4-hour emergency service (24/7, if an emergency occurs) and a fix within 24-hours, depending on the fault. We’re used to working to key performance indicators and service level agreements and have a full understanding of implementing those for you.
