“Just a quick communication to formally place on record my thanks on behalf of all at Head Office for the swift delivery and installation of the new condenser coil to our AC systems on the 4th floor. To turn the works around in, what effectively was a 3 day window was nothing short of remarkable and to quote our Head of Department “If that’s not 5 star service, I don’t know what is!”.

“Response from Guardian was very quick, a technician was sent out to check out our two units, I told him what had happened in the past and he said the units would be fine once they had a thorough service.
I was given a quote for a maintenance contract, which as it turned out is worth every single penny as our air-con units have never worked so well – even when new!
Lee is our technician, he is a credit to your Company, he is thorough, speaks honestly, is courteous and well mannered with a good sense of humour (working in a Ladies Gym).
