Louise, our Quotations Administrator has successfully completed her three month probationary period. We spoke to Louise to see how she has found her first three months here at Guardian.
For me the first 3 months have gone well, I have been allowed to ease into my role with no pressure put on me. I have been constantly praised, supported and assured throughout.
What have you enjoyed the most so far in your time at Guardian?
Everyone has been very supportive, always giving you time to answer any questions I have had, everyone made me feel very much part of the team from day one. Any small procedure changes that I have made have been met positively by all.
What’s it like working at Guardian Environmental?
The staff are always happy to help, nothing is ever too much bother. Everyone is very professional in carrying out their roles, each department interacts well to reach the same goals.
How have you found working in the service team?
It’s a great team, always professional but work is carried out with a fun element. Everyone happy to help each other out with lots of smiling, overall a happy positive team.
What are you looking forward to?
Gaining more confidence in expanding my role in sourcing parts and taking some of the pressure off of Alex allowing him to focus on other issues and continuing to be a valued member of the team.
We spoke to Caroline- Service Office Manager to see how she thought Louise had got on…..
Louise has really fitted well into the team from the start. It feels like she has been here a lot longer than she has, and she has really got stuck into her role. She is very willing to help where needed elsewhere in the office and has been keen to learn about everyone’s role. This has helped Louise get an over view of the whole department and how we work as a business. Louise has been able to put new process and procedures in place to help the quoting process run a lot smoother. Clients have complimented her on how quickly this is now, and how the service has improved since she has been in place in her role. We are really pleased with Louise’s progress and looking forward to her career with Guardian. Well done Louise.
