Caroline, thanks again for spending the time with me yesterday not only to give me the details of your current vacancy but also to give me the back ground into the company itself. Please also pass on my thanks to Alex for his input which again was very helpful.”
The open evening for the apprentices was really helpful for me as I got to meet some of the guardian team and was able to speak to the specialists in different trades. Speaking to the guys gave me a lot of information on what I wanted to do in regards to my apprenticeship. My induction day was very good when I started and it went through everything you need to know before you start and what is expected of you. .”
I found the interview and recruitment process very positive, everybody has been really friendly and accommodating. The induction process when I started was very informative and thorough.”
The recruitment process for Guardian I feel works really well. I had quick responses to questions when emailing and confirmation of interviews. The level of how things are dealt with made me feel at ease. This helped me through the recruitment process and help me make the decision that Guardian environmental was the right company for me to join.
I found the job online through the internet and I found guardian were very accommodating as I live quite a distance from their head office. This can make arranging interviews difficult but thankfully we worked around this and they were very flexible. I found the interview informative and a positive experience. The process was very good and they kept me informed at all times of what was happening. I was delighted to be offered a position with Guardian as an mobile electrician. When my first day came around and I started with Guardian I had a company induction. I found this very helpful and it explained everything I needed to know before I set off onto my patch and started working. I also found it useful to have tablet training and practise doing this, and finding out information such as when timesheet deadlines are etc. I also got to meet the team in the office and some of my fellow team members in the engineering team. .”
